Services:

Pipe Threading:

Pipe can be ordered plain end or threaded or threaded and coupled. Close attention is paid to threading to the proper length on the pipe and the threads are checked before it gets to the customer.

Shearing:

PPS offers a wide range of thin plate usually referred to as sheet and this sheet material can be ordered sheared to size if it is 1/4 thick or below.

VMI:

We can monitor your inventory and replenish stock based on optimized

inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize your working capital required.

Cut-To-Length:

All long products can be saw cut to specifications thus eliminating the first process in the customer’s shop. PPS utilizes both vertical and horizontal band saws. Straight cutting is normal but miter cutting is also available.

Hole Drilling:

Drilled holes are sometimes required to be threaded and at PPS we can efficiently perform the drill and tap as one operation.

Plate Burning:

Burnouts from plate are produced on one of the company’s four burning machines in thicknesses ranging from 1/8 inch up to 12 inches. PPS utilizes both oxy-fuel and plasma burning. If you can draw it, we can cut it. Customers prefer our burnouts due to the conditioned deburred surface, the clear markings and the safe packaging.

Blasting, Painting, Coating:

For critical surface applications,

PPS can prepare a standard mill surface

for painting by sand blasting or we can paint or primer the surface for you.

Truck Delivery:

Our skilled and courteous drivers deliver over 95% of our products via our dedicated fleet of dependable trucks. We put trucks on the road everyday to help promise the customer an on time delivery within approximately 120 mile radius.
